What are the hours of the event? 2:30-9:30PM.
What is the age requirement for Country on the Coast? This event is strictly 21+.
What is the difference between GA and VIP tickets? VIP is separated area with it’s own solar powered and flushable portable potties, some open seating, it’s own stage front access, private bars in addition to everything else in GA.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? There will be no tickets available at the door. All tickets must be purchased on-line. even at the event.
Can I upgrade my ticket from GA to VIP at the event? There will not be an option to upgrade on-site. You can upgrade through the ticketing platform by logging into your ticketing account, selecting your ticket and upgrading. If you did not create an account when you purchased your tickets, please create an account using the email you used to purchase. The tickets should show up in that account then follow the steps above.
What forms of payment are accepted at the event? This event is 100% cashless. All kinds of credit cards, Apple and google pay will be accepted on site!

Where is Uber drop off? We have a designated area on Pacific Highway Drive between Grape and Kettner. It is a short 3min walk from there to the entrance on Ash. Street.

Can I leave and come back? There is NO re-entry into this event.
Does the event provide any ADA accessibility? Yes, the event does have ADA accessibility. Please click HERE to view our ADA information.
Can I bring my service dog? Although service dogs are allowed, we highly recommend not bringing your service dog to this event given the volume of music and number of guests. Emotional support animals will not be allowed. You and your dog must check-in at guest services after entry.
What are some of the activities on site? We will have a complimentary Ferris Wheel on site. It will be first come first serve and open until 30min before the end of the event. Line Dancing in the second tent from 2-7PM and Wine tastings.
How does Wine Tastings tickets work? You can purchase a 5-pack of wine tastings in advance of the show or on-site. You will get a tasting cup, 5 tickets and can experience 2-2.5oz tastings with over 30 wines to choose from. Of course you can buy more, while supplies last.
Is there a full bar? Yes there is a full bar at this event as well as multiple activations with canned cocktails for purchase.
Is there free water? We will have 600 gallons of complimentary water, bring your empty hydro flask up to 20oz and fill It up by the ferris wheel. Please note that once this water runs out, there is also bottled water for purchase.
Is there food at the event? Yes, we have 10 different food vendors including a vegan option
When will set times be released? Set times will be released the Thursday before the event.
Is there a lost and found? Yes there is a lost and found at the guest services tent located by the entrance. You can email us after the event at [email protected] to inquire about any lost events.
I can’t attend anymore. What is the events refund policy? Due to a limited capacity, we are not allowing refunds of any kind. However, you can give your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it.
